The Miniature Schnauzer sports a distinctive beard, long bushy eyebrows and a harsh, wiry coat. This dog breeds coat colour is commonly black, or white and grey. The Miniature Schnauzer requires moderate exercise, which they enjoy. Whilst not generally a noisy dog, the Miniature Schnauzer will make themselves known to strangers. Grooming requires a wire glove and a brush once a week to keep the coat in good order. Due to their small stature the Miniature Schnauzer is a great companion dog for either city or country life, making an intelligent family pet.
