The Staffordshire Bull Terrier, also known simply as a "Staffy" or "Staffie" is a solid, well built dog that was originally bred as a fighting dog. The Staffy is derived from England and is known for there fearlessness, courage and loyalty and are renowned as on of Australia's favourite dogs. The Staffordshire Bull Terrier's coat is short, smooth and commonly fawn, tan and black in colour. Although these dogs are loyal to their owners and make good guard dogs they tend to be aggressive toward other dogs. Grooming is quick and easy and they shed little hair.
