The Swedish Vallhund, as its name suggests, originates from Sweden and closely resembles the Corgi in appearance. They are longer than they are tall and generally grey or yellow in colour on a short, soft coat. Bred to herd cattle by nipping at the heels, the Swedish Vallhund is very agile. Daily grooming is required when the Swedish Vallhund's coat is shedding, all other times once a week will suffice. A friendly and loyal dog breed, the Swedish Vallhund enjoys company and exercise.
